Closely collaborating with Nike, this work has been for the long-term vision, strategy, UX, creative direction, and account management of the SNIPES app. The original vision of the app was "social commerce", making good on the "made from concrete" claim of SNIPES, and elevating their unique and vibrant user base. Original work began in 2018, consisting of user flows, UX designs, workshops, prototypes, technical diagrams, salesforce e-commerce roll out, a custom back-end and loyalty program. The app has evolved over time, but has been downloaded over 5 million times, and boasts 450,000 MAUs.
Adobe XD, Sketch and Figma were used to create the UX, with final designs and UX currently in Figma. The app was built with React Native, CMS with CraftCMS, and Azure hosting. Client relationship and project management were handled in Jira using a robust scrum-based work methodology. For over 7 years we have worked with the SNIPES and Deichman team, including Solebox and other internal departments. Work was also done with Jordan and Converse for in-app games and engagement.
