Using educational storytelling and gamification in a corporate context, this work brought to life SAP's mantra of turning "Values into Value", by putting visitors into the role of CEO of an innovative and globally operating sailboat manufacturer, and exploring the relationship of people, planet and profit. Permanently installed in Germany and traveling to destinations like Dubai, the virtual enterprise simulator syncs data with the other installations, analyzing your performance in real-time against other global players, past and present.


The core of the experience is the custom built terminal with a bespoke haptic dial mechanism that provides intense feedback to the player and intensifying their interactions. Players have to make snap decisions, like any real CEO, and immediately put Planet, Profit or People into the balance. Players are docked points for delayed reactions, encouraging quick decisions and replay-ability.
