Experiential work with Mirror Show Management and Gatorade / PepsiCo to create a full 360 Physical and Digital user experience centered around Gatorade's dedication to athletes and the people who support their performance. Responsibilities included user journey mapping, digital engagements, installation, user tracking, and pre/post show engagements.

Gatorade Performance Partners attends many shows a year, each one catering to specific elements of the Sports - Trainers, Coaches and other areas tied to performance. Gatorade plays a large role in this industry, outside just products - but also educational opportunities and an expanded product line-up built for different markets and situations. Our job was to bring this ecosystem to life in an engaging and innovative way.




The entire User Journey was considered. We created a micro-site for pre-registration of the booth where over 70% of all attendees applied. On-site, users were given an RFID enabled wrist band so they can track their progress and view material after the show. Activations included a 3x3 meter LED Wall with a hydration quiz touch screen, innovative transparent touchscreens called "hypeboxes", and various touch tables with games, videos and core learning materials. This system ran for over 3 years, with continuous improvements and additions, including a social wall for creating unique user generated content.
